Insurance Information
The Nautical Ridge Condominium Owners Association maintains insurance policies to protect our community and its residents.
Below you’ll find the current Master Policy and Umbrella Policy documents. Please review them for coverage details, and contact the HOA Board if you have any questions about what’s included.
Master Policy
Covers the building structure, common areas, and shared community property. Homeowners should keep a copy for reference and confirm their individual unit coverage needs.
Umbrella Policy
Provides additional liability coverage for the association beyond the Master Policy. Helps safeguard the community in case of large or unexpected claims.
